Delivery Rates (Delivery Australia Wide)

Your order will be delivered by Fastway Courier or by Australia Post's parcel service. We will use the most cost-effective option taking into account weight and the urgency of the delivery.
We will quote you on Delivery when you submit your order.

URGENT ORDER? If you require your order urgently, then we will certainly be able to assist. Most of our products & services can be done Urgently ( *** same day if required *** ).

URGENT ORDER & DELIVERY? For Really Urgent Orders, we can use VIP couriers within Geelong - for Same Day Delivery. For Major Australian Cities and their surrounding suburbs, it is possible for Next Day Delivery. Via Express Post

How long can I expect my order to take before being dispatched?

Typically, (from approval & payment day) ;

Standard "Trophies" & "Giftware" are ready within 3-7 days.
Crystal & Glass Awards, Perpetual Trophies, Shield & Plaques can take a little longer, generally 5-10 days.
Name Badges are typically done within 1-3 days, (if you require a resin dome, 4-7 days).
Standard engraving services, 1-3 days.
(e.g. USB's, dogtags, keyrings, pens, name plates, tankards, etc...)

Other Items:
Eg: Brass or S/S steel signs; custom plaques; etc... 3days - 2weeks
Eg: Cast Bronze Plaques; large signs; custom awards; etc... 1.5weeks - 4weeks.
